Intuition is our inner knowing. This can show up for us in a number of ways. For me it shows up through my spleen (gut), the instant feeling, sensing and knowing from the heart space.
Everyone can access their intuition. It’s always there - we need to start tuning into it - trusting it!

Working through difficult emotions – Is having the ability and awareness to sit with these emotions, allowing them to work through you, your body and mind. Whilst doing this, not allowing these emotions, in other words not allowing yourself to become attached to these emotions.
